Overnight Breakfast with Mango

This recipe is great for people, who don't have enough time to prepare full breakfast in the morning. 
Prepare this amazing breakfast during the day or in the evening for the following morning. 
For 1 serve need:
One cup of oats.
Selection of dried fruit and nuts (select what you like).
One cup of soya or rice milk.
30 g of Open To Play Whey Protein.
One teaspoon of honey.
Two tablespoons of low fat yoghurt.
One small mango.
Mix oats with soya or rice milk, dried fruit and nuts. Add 30g of our protein, one spoon of honey and place the mix in to a glass or any sealable container. Add a layer of low fat yoghurt and chopped mango. Store it in the fridge overnight. Grab it in the morning and enjoy :)
