Open To Play Oats & Apple Protein Cookies

 

Ingredients:

60g Open To Play Chocolate Protein

200g Apple puree ( unsweetened )

200g Gluten free rolled oats 

30g Desiccated coconut

60ml of Organic coconut oil

30g Organic dried blueberries

30g Dark Chocolate Chips

1tsp of Cinnamon

 

Method:

Preheat your oven to 160 C ( fan forced).

Combine apple puree, oats , cinnamon and coconut.

Add Open To Play protein slowly while mixing and add blueberries.

Mix together well with your hands, squeezing the mixture properly.

Form them into cookies and place on pan, place the chocolate chips

and few blueberries on top.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden.

 

 Let them cool down and enjoy as a breakfast , pre workout , snack or

post workout.
