Open To Play Chocolate Muffins





1/4 cup coconut flour

60g Open To play chocolate Protein

1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder

4 free range/ organic eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

60ml (1/4 cup)  coconut oil

60 ml milk (¼ cup) your choice , almond , rice or soy

2 tablespoons maple syrup 

Handful of dark chocolate chips for decoration



Combine coconut flour, protein powder and baking powder.

Add the eggs, oil, milk and syrup then mix well to form a smooth batter.
Spoon into small individual cupcake tins.
Bake for 25 minutes until puffed and cooked through.


Enjoy with a cup of coffee or a as a snack
