Open To Play Overnight Raspberry Oats

 

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup quick oats ( gluten free)

1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened rice milk or plain - depending on preference

30g Open To Play Vanilla Protein

1/4 Cup Raspberries

Garnish

BlendCo Superfoods ( www.blendco.com.au)

 

Method

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients for the oats. Stir well, mashing the raspberries.

Scoop into major jars and top with BlendCo superfoods.

Place lid on the mason jar and place into the fridge overnight.

 

Enjoy first thing in the morning :)
