Maple Walnut Porridge

Ingredients (2 serves)

50 g gluten free oats
200 ml coconut milk
50 ml maple syrup
30 g whey protein
30 g walnuts
20 g coconut flakes
30 g raizins
20 ml lemon juice
1 apple
pinch of cinnamon
Pour oats into hot water and boil about 3 minutes, than add coconut milk and whey protein and cook 2 minutes more. Peel the apple and slice, put on the heated pan, add maple syrup to make golden crust, pour lemon juice, add raisins and cook about 2 minutes. Add walnuts and coconut flakes on top and enjoy it :)
