Open To Play Apple Biscuits

Ingredients :
60g raisins
60 g Open To Play Protein
1/2 lemon
1 apple
35 g carrot
120 g organic butter
100 g brown organic sugar
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 egg
120g spelt flour
40 g grated almonds
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180
Peel the apple and cut into small cubes, mix with lemon juice and raisins
Mix butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon to creamy texture and mix in an egg.
Slowly add the flour, protein and  apple with raizins.
Use the oven tray with baking paper, with teaspoon make small pieces of dough and put them on tray.
Bake about 20 min to golden colour.
Let cool down and enjoy us :)

Open To Play Fruit & Nut Baskets

 

Ingredients:
40 g Open To Play Chocolate Protein
25 g walnuts
90 g raisins
35 g dates
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
2 tablespoons agave sirup
150g  sunflower seeds
50 g almonds
Filling:
1 mango
1 banana
1 teaspoon Agar Agar
1 tablespoon agave sirup
chocolate topping
30 gr cocoa butter
30 gr cocoa mass
Method:
Mix all the ingrediens for basket in food procesor to make conzistance mixture.
Then press the mixture into the silicone tartlet forms and keep 2 hours in fridge.
Carefully remove from the forms and fill with fruit mixture and pour the chocolate mixture on it.
Method for filling:
Melt agar agar in hot watter,mix banana and mango in mixer,add agave and Agar Agar
Chocolate topping:
Melt slowly cocoa butter and cocoa mass In Bain Marie and pour onto the baskets

Let it cool down and keep In fridge for couple of hours before serving
 

Open To Play Tahini & Coconut Balls

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup hulled tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 heaped teaspoons lemon zest
  • 4 madjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
  • Method :
  • Place all sunflower seeds, chia seeds and protein powder in a blender and blend to a rough meal.

    Add in the tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest and dates.

  • Blend till well combined.

  • Once your dough has come together, roll into balls around the size of a twenty cent piece. Roll in desicated coconut if desired. 

    Store in the fridge and eat within 2 weeks

  • Enjoy as a snack or after workout :)
