Open To Play Apple Biscuits

Ingredients :
60g raisins
60 g Open To Play Protein
1/2 lemon
1 apple
35 g carrot
120 g organic butter
100 g brown organic sugar
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 egg
120g spelt flour
40 g grated almonds
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180
Peel the apple and cut into small cubes, mix with lemon juice and raisins
Mix butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon to creamy texture and mix in an egg.
Slowly add the flour, protein and  apple with raizins.
Use the oven tray with baking paper, with teaspoon make small pieces of dough and put them on tray.
Bake about 20 min to golden colour.
Let cool down and enjoy us :)

Open To Play Raw Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
For the crust
60 g dates
60 g raizins
60 g walnuts
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon coconut oil
pinch of cinnamon
For the filling
1 avocado rape
100 g raw cocoa powder
50 g cocoa butter
50 g Open To Play Chocolate Protein
50 g coconut oil
1tbs agave nectar or honey
50 g coconut cream
60 g crushed walnuts for the surface
Method for the crust:
Mix dry ingrediens in a food procesor then add honey and coconut until it resembles crumbs.
Chocolate filling
Blend all ingrediens in a food procesor until smooth
To finish the cake
Put the Ingredients for the into to 2 metal rings 8 cm diameter sized and press it hard.
Add filling on the top and sprinkle with walnuts all around
Keep in the fridge for about 3 hours before consuming

Ingredients :

For crust

150 gr cashews nuts
50 gr coconut oil 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
For chocolate layer
100 g avocado
50 g cocoa butter
50 g coconut oil
30 g Open To Play Protein ( Chocolate)
1 teaspoon agave nectar
For mango layer
150 g ripe mango
150 g cashews nuts
100 g cocoa butter
50 g coconut cream
50 g coconut oil
30 g Open To Play Protein
1teaspoon agave nectar
For pomegranate layer
1 ripe pomegranate
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon agar agar
Method:
Use 4 metal rings each about 7.5 cm in diameter size
Mix ingredients for a crust in food processor until it crumbles and place it on the bottom of the rings and keep in the fridge
Mix the ingredients for chocolate layer in food processor to be smooth and put it in the ring as second layer above the crust.
Mix the ingredients for mango layer in food processor to smooth consistence and make the third layer above chocolate layer.
Then melt the agar agar in boiling water, use 2 tbs of water, add remaining ingredients and make the last layer.
Cool in fridge at least for 4 hours
