Raw Figs and Almonds cake

Ingredients:
150 g dry figs
150 g grated almonds
100 g grated walnuts
100 g grated coconut
100 g honey
50 g coconut oil
1 vanilla bean, the seeds craped 
Method:
Combine the figs,honey and coconut oil in food procesor,mix well
and than add remaining ingrediens and mix through.
Remove it from food processor.
Spoon the crumbles into firm dough
Make  longer rolls out of the dough - about 2 cm thick
and and put into the baskets
Keep in fridge before serving

Heart-shaped Pancakes made by Lacey Blackman

Heart-shaped pancakes are not JUST for Valentine's Day - treat yourself with love EVERY DAY with these Everyday Love Protein Pancakes!

1/2 scoop Open To Play vanilla protein powder
100g pumpkin
100g egg whites...
50g whole egg
20g natural bran
15g chia seeds
1 tsp instant coffee granules
1/2 tsp baking powder
Dash of cinnamon and salt
1/8-1/4 cup water
Cooking spray

Cook the pumpkin, mash and cool slightly. Whisk the eggs, then combine all the ingredients together (except water) and mix until the batter is smooth. Allow the batter to rest for 5-10 minutes or until the chia seeds turn gelatinous. Stir in enough water to bring batter to your desired consistency. Spoon 4 tablespoons of the batter into a lightly greased pan over medium heat. Flip when bubbles form, cook for a further minute and stack on a plate.

This recipe made 5 generous-sized pancakes, and I topped it with 150g strawberries and sugar-free maple syrup!

Open To Play Apple Biscuits

Ingredients :
60g raisins
60 g Open To Play Protein
1/2 lemon
1 apple
35 g carrot
120 g organic butter
100 g brown organic sugar
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 egg
120g spelt flour
40 g grated almonds
Method :
Preheat the oven to 180
Peel the apple and cut into small cubes, mix with lemon juice and raisins
Mix butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon to creamy texture and mix in an egg.
Slowly add the flour, protein and  apple with raizins.
Use the oven tray with baking paper, with teaspoon make small pieces of dough and put them on tray.
Bake about 20 min to golden colour.
Let cool down and enjoy us :)
